With the numerous teaser trailers and concept art, genre fans have been anxious for the Nazi sci-fi/comedy Iron Sky for years. Now it seems that the Finnish film, which has been in production for five years, is finally getting close to an actual release!
In Iron Sky, the Nazis set up a secret base on the moon in 1945 where they hide out and plan to return to power in 2018. The film has wild visuals, and it reminiscent of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow - only, hopefully, this one will actually be good.
In the latest teaser trailer, a release date is revealed - April 4th, 2012. Unlike the previous teases, this latest trailer shows less CGI and more live-action, including everyone's favorite creepy German, Udo Kier! Take a look:
