Back in June, we reported rumblings about a possible sequel to the 1980s cult classic, Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Recently, word has is that the Chiodo Brothers, the puppeteers behind the original film, are returning for this remake/sequel. According to the official Facebook page and the video teaser (see below), the film promises 2012 release, and will evidently be in 3-D. An overused gimmick in film right now, sure, but 3-D does bring to mind old B-movies, which is exactly what Killer Klowns emulates.
